Remarks

Either part is enough: teams with whom in them, users added by key, or both. A selection naming neither teams nor users is refused.

Only active members count: a member who has accepted, is not suspended, has a user record that is not disabled, in a team that is not deleted. Invited and rejected members, suspended members, disabled accounts and deleted teams are left out; an added user is reached when they are an active member of any team.
