Fields

Assigned = 4

A case that belonged to no team was given one.

Closed = 2

The case was closed.

DeliveryChanged = 7

Whether an entry reached its channel changed: a bounce came back for it, or it was sent again.

Raised = 0

The case was created.

Rated = 8

The person the assistant answered rated one of its answers, or took a rating back.

Read = 6

Somebody read the case, so their unread count changed. A subscriber that records a read when it reacts must ignore this one, or reading would answer itself.

Reopened = 3

A closed case was opened again, keeping its history.

Replied = 1

An entry was added to its transcript.

VisibilityChanged = 5
